1. Make an Appointment at Parent Central Services
Parent Central Services is your one-stop shop to register for Youth Sports!
To streamline the process and save you time, review the instructions and complete the forms before making your visit to Parent Central Services.
Call either Stewart or Hunter Parent Central Services to make an appointment.
The good news: Once you're registered at one installation, you'll already be registered at the other!
2. Complete Required Forms

Our expert staff will complete your registration electronically and issue your registration card and password.
5. Enroll in Youth Sports & Fitness programs!

There are 2 ways you can get a pass.
- Online here.
- OR you can fill out this form, portions #1 and #4.
- Email the form here.
- After we receive your DES_Form_2737, we'll email your access memo to the Visitor Control Center.
- You can pick up your pass at the Visitor Control Center - You will need a valid photo ID. This process can take up to 72 hours.
- Fort Stewart: Gate 1 Visitor Control Center
- Hunter Army Airfield: Visitor Control Center off Montgomery St. (5527 Montgomery Street, Bldg. 1400, Savannah, GA 31405)
After the vetting process is completed, passes may be granted for 24 hours up to 180 days.
Please note: An extended visitors pass does not grant access to the fitness centers or to shop at the PX or Commissary. Also, Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield are active military bases and guests, their vehicles, and their items may be subject to random search to ensure the safety of our community. Installation access is at the discretion of the Commander based on health & force protection conditions.

Spring Sports is happening now!
- KICKBALL* - HAAF
- Registration: March 1 - April 1
- Season begins on April 23
- $50 per child (ages 7-16)
- WRESTLING** - FS
- Registration: Starting March 14
- Season dates: April 1 - June 3
- $75 per child (ages 6-12)
A valid sports physical is required at the time of enrollment. Children must be registered with CYS to enroll in sports. Full payment is due at enrollment.
*Kickball will be held at HAAF ONLY. Please note that children at Fort Stewart can still be enrolled for Flag Football and Kickball but practices will be held at HAAF.
**Wrestling will be held at FS ONLY. Children at Hunter AAF can still be enrolled for Wrestling but practices will be held at FS.

Registration begins 15 May. Summer Clinics are open to DOD and non-DOD affiliated children & youth. All children must be registered with CYS to participate. See Registration Information below for more details.
- SOCCER - FS & HAAF
- Clinic dates: 10-13 June
- 0900-0945 - ages 3 to 4
- 1000-1100 - ages 5 to 6
- 1100-1230 - ages 7 to 9
- 1500-1700 - ages 10 to 15
- A valid sports physical is required at the time of enrollment.
- Clinic dates: 10-13 June
- FLAG FOOTBALL - FS & HAAF
- Clinic dates: 24-27 June
- 1000-1100 - ages 5 to 6
- 1100-1230 - ages 7 to 9
- 1500-1700 - ages 10 to 15
- A valid sports physical is required at the time of enrollment.
- Clinic dates: 24-27 June
- ARCHERY - FS & HAAF
- Clinic dates: 8-11 July (FS), 15-18 July (HAAF)
- 1130-1230 - ages 7 to 9
- 1500-1639 - ages 10 to 15
- Clinic dates: 8-11 July (FS), 15-18 July (HAAF)
- FISHING* - FS only
- Clinic dates: 15-18 July
- 1130-1230 - ages 7 to 9
- 1500-1639 - ages 10 to 15
- Clinic dates: 15-18 July
*Fishing will be held on Fort Stewart ONLY. Please note that children from Hunter AAF can still be enrolled for Fishing but the clinics will take place on Fort Stewart.

We're excited to announce that Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield Youth Sports is now accepting non-DOD affiliated children and youth!
Children and youth in communities outside Stewart and Hunter are now welcome to enroll in Youth Sports! They must still be registered with CYS to participate.
Once registered with CYS, they can participate in sports like Baseball, Soccer, Flag Football, Wrestling, and more!
